2. Information saved on your device
The game does not require a game account or ask you to provide your name, email address, or precise location to play.
It saves gameplay information locally, including completed and unlocked rooftops, your current rooftop, garden decoration progress, your sound preference, and whether an in-app review request has already been made. These saves let you continue playing and keep your settings.
The game does not upload these saves to a developer-operated server. You can remove local game data through Android’s app storage settings. Your operating system or device backup service may separately back up or restore app data according to its own settings and policy.
3. Optional ads and privacy choices
The Android game uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to offer an optional rewarded advertisement in exchange for a hint. You choose whether to request the ad; you can play the puzzles without requesting hints.
Google’s advertising services may process your IP address and approximate location inferred from it, advertising and other device identifiers, app and ad interactions, and technical diagnostics. This information supports ad delivery and measurement, service performance, and fraud prevention. The data processed depends on your device, privacy choices, and the ads served.
The game also uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to check consent requirements and manage advertising privacy choices. A consent-status request may take place at game launch, before you choose to watch an ad. Any required consent form is presented during the hint request flow, and the game checks Google’s permission to request ads before loading them.
Where available, open the game’s settings and select Ad privacy choices to review or change your choices. This option appears when Google’s consent system requires it. You can also manage your advertising ID in your Android privacy settings. Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily prevent all data processing for other types of ads.
Google and advertising partners may process information on servers outside your country. Their handling, retention, and applicable international transfer safeguards are described in their policies. 4. Google Play reviews
The game may invite you to leave a review using Google Play’s native in-app review feature. Participation is optional. Google handles any rating or review under its own policies. The game is not told whether you submitted a rating or what rating you gave; it saves a local flag to avoid repeatedly asking.
5. This website and support messages
These pages do not set analytics or advertising cookies, use browser storage, or include tracking scripts. Fonts and game images are served with the website. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.
When this website is hosted online, the hosting provider may process standard request information, such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information, and access times, to deliver and protect the site. The hosting provider’s configuration and policies determine any server-log retention.
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and anything you choose to attach. We use this information to respond and resolve your request. Please do not send passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.
6. Use, retention, and security
We use local progress to provide the game, support correspondence to answer requests, and any necessary website technical information to operate and secure the site. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, these activities rely on providing the service you request or legitimate interests in maintaining and supporting it. Advertising consent is requested where required.
Local progress remains until you clear app data or it is otherwise removed by your device. Support messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations. Google states that Mobile Ads SDK data is encrypted in transit using TLS. No system can guarantee absolute security. Clearing game data does not delete information already processed by Google or other independent services.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
For information held by the developer, email [email protected]. We may need enough information to verify and handle your request. We cannot retrieve your locally saved game progress from our servers because it is not uploaded to us. For information handled independently by Google, use Google’s data and privacy controls or the contact options in Google’s policy.
8. Children’s privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact [email protected] so we can investigate and take appropriate action. The third-party advertising practices described above also apply when the advertising feature is used.
